For Shri Ram Aravali form do we need to upload the affidavit for first born child in the online form ?

As mention in admission notification of Shri Ram Aravali, Affidavit for first child has to submitted in school at the time of confirm admission.

In Shri Ram Aravali, the list of applicants will be displayed on 25 sept as mentioned on the website. Please clarify if this list is for short listed candidates or eligible for draw?

For KG they have selected only 28 kids(26 girls 2 boys). One of my known friend has not even submit all required documents still he got one seat in Salwan.
