Nursery admissions in gurgaon

Hi my son is 22 months old right now (DOB- 28/09/2018). Which year will he be eligible for nursery admissions in Shriram and Shiv Nadar gurgaon? When are their forms usually out? I was planning on putting him in Early Learning Village in Jan 2021 for pre-nursery but now due to Covid don't know what to do!
Can someone please help?
