Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

2. Is there an option to select interaction date or share your preference ? We are not in India from 05-15th Aug. Wondering if we should fill the form before leaving or after coming back.

3. Will the interaction start after the registrations are completed after 19th Aug or does Amity start the interactions in parallel? what has been the trend with previous years?

1. Separate forms are required for Noida and Vasundhara. As per the instructions on their website, you can't apply for Vasundhara sector 1 and sector 6 both, however there is nothing to indicate that you can't apply for Noida and Vasundhara both

2. You are required to visit the school twice after your online registration is complete. For first visit you will get a time slot for form and questionnaire submission as soon as you complete online registration (system generated hence no preference offered). For example - I registered today and got time slot for August 4th.

3. Second visit (interaction with parents and child) time slot is offered only to shortlisted candidates after the last date of forms submission (Aug 19th for now).

So you may want to register your application after coming back on 15th Aug.

hi piyush, read ur reply for amity . infact i too filled the form on 30th july and got my slot on 4th august for submission. but due to some personal reasons we cannot go at the assigned slot, so what r the fair chances of getting a next slot. i contacted the school too. they suggest to write a mail but werent giving any assurity for change in slot. kindly suggest

Hi Neha, Your only option is to write them an email (as suggested by them) and hope for the best. No harm in trying. In Apeejay, we wanted a revised date but assumed that they won't change the date, so didn't request. We changed our other plans and went for interaction on assigned date and guess what... There were many cases of revision of dates. We were wrong to assume and lesson to learn was not to assume anything and try your luck!

hello. thanks for your reply. i have already written them a mail. but no revert as of now. had word with the nursery admissions team at amity. but they r gvng a very wague response. telling to just wait if its possible fr them they will give otherwise not. and i have to travel today for 4th august and these ppl at amity are not confirming anything. either i have to cancel a very important trip of mine just to submit this form or have to take a risk and go ahead with my plan and see if luck works and i get another date for submission. such an ambiguos situation.

I too just called Amity to check for the submission date, and when will be interactions as I am also travelling 05-15Aug, but they are so rude they don't even talk properly. I am gonna fill up the form only on 13th so as I get submission date after 15th.

Thanks for posting your trouble here Neha, I too would have landed up in cancelling my trip.

Big thanks for sharing this info. Want to confirm if BOTH parents need to go at the time of form submission or just fathers visit is sufficient?

They prefer that both parents visit. Their questionnaire contains situational questions that can be answered best if both parents think through those. Having said that if only one parent can manage to visit, that should be ok as well. I visited alone when I had applied two years ago for my daughter and they didn't have any issue that time. I will advise you to check with them in advance as rules might have changed in last 2 years.

hi ragini. any of the parent can go. i had word at the school they r fine if only one oarent cum to submit provided there should b a strong reason of why the other parent hasnt turned up.
