It is not mandatory but I guess they would always want to see the child once.
I had the same doubt but decided to take kid along.
I have got admission call yesterday.

There is no third round.

yesterday we went to amity for 1st round of interview and they told us that in second round you have to bring your child along with you

no ,there is no fee for FAS while registration

In amity form, they are asking for guardian information. Whose details we need to fill in this?

Guardian could be anyone staying nearby (like grandfather ) in case of emergency,else parents can be guardian too.
