How will they play in field.

Field is something different. That is their precious time of enjoying, playing with friends etc.

But studying in class for 3-4 hrs is wholesome new thing for them.

I also agree on the fact children should adjust in all circumstances.

May and June are months when heat is at peak, schools are closed for summer vacation during these months.
Most schools operate during morning hours when heat is minimum. ACs are not desperately required during those hours. Even at home, very few people use AC during these hours.
As Chetan said, play grounds can't be indoor for all sports. So kids have to learn to go out and sweat. You can't expect there bodies to automatically adept hot climate when they become senior enough to go out and play.
Lastly, its an individual preference. All parents try to give best to their kids, but the definition of 'best' varies basis their own experience and judgement.

My point is to give them feel of both.at home we restrict use if Ac but prefer outside....so that balance is there....
It will make them more adaptable.

Dear Ankita

Offcourse infrastructure plays a vital role in child development & progress. And when I see infra, i don't mean to only facilities in the school but overall, that means, the overall environment of the school and how effective new age technology and methodologies they apply in the classroom, that also matters a lot.
