I called at reception of vbs and they said its based on details u fill in registration form they select

Nursery Online Registration(2018-19) will close on Friday 21st July, 2017 at 9:00 pm.

The status of the Application form shall be available from July 28, 2017 onwards (The parent needs to use their From No. generated in the downloaded PDF format at the time of Online Registration of Application)

I had called up in VBS regarding proof of residence. They told that any document mentioning your address can be submitted. like Adhaar card, bank statement, telephone bill, electricity bill etc.
