They have just mentioned original certificates..I assume original birth certificate/address proof and parents academic documents ( can be taken along for safety sake ).
And there is a form that needs to be downloaded and filled up along with photos.

On first day of submission of forms- i had to submit self attested address proof and copy of birth certificate.

In Amity Vasundhara Sec-6, I have been asked to appear for second interaction round on 26th. Do I need to take my kid along with me? What type of questions will be asked during the interaction round?

I assume we need to take the kid along for this interaction.But i am sailing in the same boat just like you.Since they have not mentioned anywhere specifically.
As far as questions are concerned i have gone through the last year comments.
In amity they ask very basic stuff. Like Parents Profile, why they chose amity and few from the form that we filled yesterday.

Hi Vishal, For the second and final round, you have to take the child along. The child will also be asked questions by the teacher while you would be interviewed by another teacher.

When you go for the final round, you would again be given a questionnaire to fill. IT will again have same basic questions like why amity, what could be done to improve overall development etc... After that, all three of you will be called in a room. The child will be made to sit with a teacher who would ask questions from him in a friendly way by showing toys etc and you would both be asked questions, as for eg, how do you spend time with your child, if you are working, how do you manage to give time to your child etc etc... Not more than 10 minutes.

Second-interaction
Third(final)- Another small interaction u mean?
OR second and final round is same?
