Also please tell about the fees structure of lotus valley for nursery.

The fee structure for LVIS is as folows
Tuition Fees 36300 per qurter
Bus charges : 12300 per quarter ( this is minimum charge , increases with distance)
Annual charges 20K (payable once an year)

For all those who have submitted Amity forms, what does 'Take print out of online transaction details for documentation' mean? What exactly would they need here? We have only taken the print out of the form.
Also, '..affix recent coloured passport size photograph at the designated place on the form and sign it', is this the signature across the photograph?
Help would be much appreciated.

Hi Esha, if you wish to take print out of online transaction details for your reference, you can. It is not to be attached to the form. I think signatures could be half on the photo and half on the form
