On your 3rd point, I am sure abt Shiv Nadar, they don't take levy of 15 days also and for them the age criteria is 3.6 yrs. I am facing the same issue. I have checked this with a senior member from the management.

Age eligibility for LKG is 3 Yrs 6 Mths by 31st March for Ramagya.
SN won't but Ramagya might as mixed reviews and many seats are left vacant every year.
