The form is not available any more, or at least its not letting us select the class. Any chance it will open again ?

Sakshi, The drop down was enabled today and we were able to apply.

Hi Saurabh,

Me too got lucky today.

Can you please help with the next action for DPS.

I have downloaded the form do we need to submit this in person after signatures from both the parents.
