Hello, Please advice which isbetter in Jaipuria ,st thomos ,st tereca .
My son is Feb 2013 born so missed too many schools by 1 month, these are available options . Father agnel is also there but chances are too low in father agnel.

Is DPS Expressway charging extra Rs. 500 (in addition to Rs. 1500) for Registration forms downloaded from website?
Is the Birth certificate needed to be attested by gazetted officer?

As per Govt of India self attestation is valid unless any institution asks for it.

yes they are. I got the form collected from the school reception . they charged 500. So the effective registration charges are always 1500 + 500

Oh, then better to make DD of 2000/- and submit downloaded filled form. Atleast that saves going to the School twice.
