Nursery admissions in South delhi

I got some information about general Raj school haus khaz..and they are taking kids of 2 yr 6 months. For nursery admission..can someone tell me how's this school??

No reviews and as per delhi govt min age for nursery is 3 yrs on 31 mar 2017
This must be play school.

This is the main school , not the play school. Its not that gud.

But it cannot give admission on 2yrs 6 months on 31 mar 2017 in nursery as per Delhi Govt . Min 3 yrs on 31 mar 2017 for nursery
