I filled the form but did not receive any acknowledgement or sms? has it happened to anyone else as well.

i believe the acknowledgment is the sms that you must have received post successful submission of the form for father agnel-

I tried again throu internet explorere this time..the acknowledge net came..i believe its a chrome problem

Hi All,

I have submitted FAS form number of times but it always takes me to the main page. Somehow it was getting timed out and then it was not throwing any error message, a glitch on there website. 

Finally I copied all the answers on a notepad, opened IE as chrome doesn't seem to work for me and pasted the answers and filled the form in just 2 mins and submitted and I got the acknowledgement.

NOTE: Please make sure that you get the acknowledgement slip. If you don't get the acknowledgement then the form is NOT SUBMITTED

I too didn't received any sms / acknowledgement

What to do now? No acknowledgement or sms still. No one picking phone in school as well.

even i faced the same issue,i also did not get the receipt in first attempt probably because the session timed out while i was thinking answers for the questins..make it fast and u will get it
