There were 10 questions in Amity sec 6 form apart from the details about grandparents. Questions are listed below:

Amity (Vasundhara Sec 6 ) questionnaire to be filled on allotted slot of date and time (its only to fill the form so kid is not mandatory to bring along, however if no other option then you may go alongwith your child to fill the form):

 

1what in your opinion is the most important component to the education system. a) Value education b)Work ethics c) Cultural heritage d)Patriotism 2    Kindly mention the characteristics you want your ward will acquire through the education imparted in Amity. 3 What are your views on school education in the current scenario? 4 Suggest three different ways in which you can occupy your child when he/she is restless. 5 Which activity do you enjoy indulging in the most with your child? 6 What should be done to make your child disciplined? What would you do if your child misbehaves in front of others? 7 Tick ten statements that appropriately describes your child i) Is comfortable in a peer group ii)Takes time to open up iii)Enjoys own company iv)Is enthusiastic v)Is in the forefront in play group vi) Exhibits excessive clinging, attachment or dependence on adults vii) Often loses temper

viii) Is very active and just can’t remain seated ix) Often talks excessively x) Is too quiet and soft spoken xi)            When asked a question, often blurts out answers before the question is complete xii) Immediately responds to commands given xiii) Waits for turn xiv) Difficulty waiting for turn. 8 As a parent how would you deal with the following situations? a) If your child is careless and loses his belongings every other day in school b) If your child does not finish his/her meal during school recess c) If your child gets scolded for something he has not done d) If your child gets deprived of opportunities to express his/her feelings. 9 Rate (1-6) the following steps in parenting according to your priorities: Shared responsibility, Self discipline, Setting limits and being consistent, Being a role model, Being flexible in parenting styles, Showing unconditional love. 10 Put a tick in the correct column: The curriculum in school aims to develop emotional stability, Parenting is providing for physical fitness in the child and positive emotional environment, Learning takes place only through books, Do you believe grandparents should be involved in nurturing a child.

even submission of form date at amity is 24th.. will be interaction or for msubmsiion, they have given time 3.00
