Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

I have closed my daughter admission with Amity vasundhara sec-6.. she is also selected in DPS indirapuram but I have met so many parents who are not at all satisfied with DPS indirapuram...DPSI asked for money again and again for every activity and which is compulsary.. parents also told me regarding lack of attention and if child is absent from school ,teacher will not at all help him in covering the gap. This is ridiculous......

Congratulations, Deepti!

I'm still so confused. We have deposited the fee in Amity.

We have been called for second interaction with DPSI on 6th Oct (which by the way is my daughter's birthday). My husband and I have discussed this so many times. We have finally decided that we'll at least go for the second interaction and then decide.

Let's see what happens. :)

Actually I was also confused but when i went to both the schools for survey and met students at amity - i was very much confident about amity rather than DPSI.

We guys are just running towards brand name DPS but we need to understand the huge rush thats there in DPS. also meerut campus nursery , kg will also be handled in DPSI..

Also for any event, if dpsi has to select students suppose 10 , then 10 from 400 ....so gap is very high..........

My daughter is already studying in pre nursery in mother pride indirapuram , there one of her teacher also told me not to go for DPSI.. as amity curriculam is very good and rush is less there..

DPSI is more money minded and amity is non profitable org as well as core school.

But as human, we guys always run for those things which are costly :-)..

So all your decision guys........

Every school is here for money and no one does charity. There r 3 kinds of Trusts.. 1) Who are pocket friendly and restrain themselves from costly service / activities... 2) Those who charge extra and give it back in terms of services and facilities...3) Those who r purely money minded....

1st look at what all u need in a school and then decide whether they r putting dent in ur pocket or they r justified in their charges.

DAV all over has deteriorated their brand name as such bt Sarla chopra is an exception, again a DAV. Look for ur expectations and then decide upon the brand. May b ur expectations r nt met by FAS and amity so for u these shud nt b in ur list of applications though thy r most sought after.. Forget brand image, it takes only 1 bad session to hamper the brand image.

You're absolutely right, Aman! I myself am an alumnus of DAV, but now I won't want my child to study in a DAV branch. Sarla Chopra is definitely an exception, but very far from our place.

I'm only confused between Amity and DPSI. It's not really the brand image I'm looking for. I only want a school which even if just average/above average in academics, but good at extra curricular activities.

I was keen on DPSI as I thought school would offer more exposure, but my husband is more keen on Amity, as he says DPSI is over-crowded.

Now, we both are confused. :)

@Neha I agree with the overcrowding factor in DPSI but what makes you think that Amity Vas. is not overcrowed?

i have decided not to go with DPSI.. i will prefer Cambrdge indirapuram instead
