chanjeet..i just registred for fas noida and got the acknowledgement..i also did not get the receipt in first attempt probably because the session timed out while i was thinking answers for the questins..make it fast and u will get it

 Yes. I also tried once again with the same browser.

 And it worked this time.

 So the issue was that i took much more time while filling up the form last time.
