did they ask you for the degrees or you gave it to them along with birth certificate and residence proof.

Hi Shubha,

They specifically asked for the degrees. We had all our documents in a folder. They named the documents one-by-one and we kept producing them. Then they asked us for the proofs of our most recent educational qualifications.

The whole process is like you will first be called into a room, where one or two gentlemen will be verifying your documents. After that, you'll have to wait for some time. Then, you'll be led to another room, where there will be 4 teachers. 3 will be interacting with you and 1 with the child.

Actually I am asking these questions as I don't have my origical masters degree with me (I have provisional degree) and I was Ok as it worked well for all official purposes until some parents suggested it might not work.

the original is degree is at my home town.

Shubha..We forgot to bring along our original degree certificates...and they explicitly asked us to produce them if our child gets selected..better you call them and confirm

Does that mean that we need to take our 10th certificates too , as I have my engineering degree but have lost my 10th certificate presently. Will the original degree work ?

Hey Niki,

They'll see only your most recent degree. So in your case your engineering degree should be fine.

I had carried all my certificates/degrees with me. They only saw my MA degree.

Had second round of interaction at amity sec 6 vasundhara today . Very general questions were asked like about parents and grandparents profile , work timings, who takes care of kids in our absence, how did you come to know about amity, kids more attached to whom and why. Two senior teachers interacted with parents and one teacher kept my twin kids involved and asked few questions which I am not aware of and not sure whether they have answered or not :). Result will be updated after 4 days. Hope details might be useful for parents who have their second interaction over next few days.
