Chander, you mean schools should not call before 28 feb. Do u know it the date for those who will be granted admissions. You do not want schools should verify the facts with original documents. Please comment appropriately. Who is not money minded these days? Even saints are?

Well said maharamji its good that schools are utilising this time to do homework at their end. It will help reduce the chaos after 28th feb. Otherwise how will they come out with the genuine list on 28th.

As per initial lists that have come out for scores of kids have got extra 5 points for interstate transfers. I would urge schools to make sure these transfers our genuine. Some schools have just asked for a transfer letter. We are an aggrieved party as most school draws will end at at 75 points. Schools must ask for supporting docs to verify the transfer. The entire new point system is being exploited with numerous bogus interstate transfer letters. Regards,

The education minister should ensure that selection process and lottery procedure goes as transparent as the new plans for nursery admission. EWS category enlisted people should be verified. The parents with false submission should be liable to punishment as well...

What is the basis of giving 5 points for transfer cases? which gives them undue advantage of these many points in every schools they apply. Even in case of sibling/alumni, child gets this advantage only in one school. Why transfer cases is being treated differently as even they are also seeking admissions in Nursery class, which is the entry level in any school.

Completely agree with you, it is not in the middle of the session the the child is seeking admission that transfer of parents is affecting the studies... I know not everyone will be happy with any kind of guidelines that are put forth, but some thought should be put into framing the same. For middle of the session I agree, transfer cases need consideration, even for kg and class 1 also it seems logical, but for nursery, at the beginning of the session, it doesn't make any sense...

I fail to understand the reason behind allotting interstate points. Do the authorities imply that being a delhi resident is an unfortunate thing?
Also, many parents have made false certificates. So to get admission, you have to be either dishonest or a non delhiite....very sad....and what has been done that only genuine transfer cases are considered? 5 points for Interstate transfer has failed the entire idea behind point system....things have become worse than those in last year
