Hi Sakshiji/Sumitji,

I had made an complaint to DOE in last week against the school from which I was seeking refund. DOE has sent the notice in this week to school asking them to reply within stipulated time i.e. 3 business days.
I am thankful to you and your team for such awareness and advise.
I am hoping to get my money back.

Yes Sakshi, I did the same , I visited her and had discussion with her personally, after that now they have sent the letter to the school for reply.
In case if School still doesn't responds , what should be my next action?
