2. Incomplete form will be rejected without any further communication.
3. Eligibility & age of the candidate: Candidates’ Date of Birth should be between 01 April 2008 to 31 March 2009 i.e. the candidate should have attained the age of three on 1st April 2012.
4. DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION FOR ADMISSION - GENERAL
(a) Date of Birth Certificate (original) of the child issued by MCD.
(b) Proof of residence (Ration Card, Voter Card, Landline bill, Electricity bill etc.)
(c) Two passport size photograph of the candidate.
(d) Joint Photograph of the candidate with both the parents (5 x 6 cm)
(e) Proof of Alumni (Only for students who have passed Class X or XII from MJKPS) Enclose Class X or Class XII with MXSA registration certificate.
(f) Proof of Sibling (Report Card/Fee receipt/I Card)
(g) Copy of the appointment letter. If on transfer or deputation support with relevant proof.
(h) Affidavit in case of single child.
(i) Community Certificate in case of Sikh candidate.

I think in the above school Point 7 child's Pre-school and 8 are meant to screening both child and parents are violation of RTE Act. In school specific parameter Kids of Central/State Govt employee/ PSU and Public sector Banks should not be allowed.
Ms Shival - does Air Force Bal Bharti Lodi Road admit children in Nursery or do they begin with KG. Also what is the cut off age as my child will be 3 years & 9 months & 8 days as on 31st march 2012. Kindly confirm

haven't mentioned anything about age....however they say pref will be given to child older in age.

@Neha, the logic of this affidavit is to declare that the child for which you are seeking admission is your first born child & he/she is not having any elder sibling studying in any other school (since schools are having points for elder sibling studying in the same school). Therefore, there is no need to declare anything about younger sibling.
