Madhumita: Unless you have done something substantial to get yourself ingrained in the school's memory - they don't care two hoots about whether or not you opt in for the school ultimately! There are more (paying) children seeking admissions than there are schools out there

Date of Birth Certificate of my Daughter does not have Surname of my wife. Do I write the Surname of my wife in School Admission Form? Will the form be rejected on this basis? Please advice me.
