Rent agreement on Rs. 50/- Stamp paper attested by Notary Public can be considered as a valid address proof of it must be registered in the court? Please help...

In case of rental accommodation, valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp paper to be submitted. A non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10 is enough. And it should be duly attested by a notary Public.

What will be the language of the affidavit that should be submitted along with the rent agreement (as an address proof) in caso of rental accomodation? please help me...

Some schools like ITL, Nirmal bhartia in Dwarka are declaring the 1st list on 23rd Jan & 18th Jan resp. In this case the last date for depositing the fees is before 31st jan.

Is this allowed or is it against the norms as all other schools are declaring it on 31st Jan or 1st feb ? As before we get the result of any other school it will be difficult to take a decision.

For Apeejay Pitampura once you take the registration number from the school between 9:00 to 1:00 then the form can be submitted only after 3:00 p.m. on that day. You cannot submit it immediately so you will have to visit the school twice. Once for collecting and then for submitting the form.

Forms will be available from 2-01-2012, 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM

Completed forms can be submitted on any day before 3.00 PM(before 16.01.2012)

Age of child should be 3+ on 31.032012

Only one form will be given only to parents. For twins bring the proof.

Criteria/marks

Christian/Staff ward- 40 Marks

Distance- 30 Marks( 0-3 Km 30, 3-5 Km 20, 5.5 to 7 Km 10 Marks)

Siblings- 30 Marks

RESULT PROCESS:

STEP I: FIRST LIST WILL COME WITH THE CHILDREN MOSTLY CHRISTIANS/WARDS AND SIBLINGS

DON'T GET DISHEARTENED

STEP II: THAN THE REMAINING SETAS WILL BE FILLED BY LOTTERY.

KEEP IN MIND: VERY IMPORTANT: ENSURE PRESENCE AT LOTTERY OTHERWISE YOUR CASE WILL NOT BE PUT IN DRAW

It depends how the school is demanding. If you submit your TC where religion is mentioned and an affidavit to prove that your belong to minority status will do.

Request you to please confirm whether SIKHS will be covered under the follwing category of points for Springdales admission:

4.Minority Criteria (5 points) :
In keeping with its ethos and objectives, the schools embrace a diverse mix of children from different communities, religions, regions, and linguistic groups. Aspirants must provide authentic proofs that they qualify as minorities as defined by authorized bodies like the Minorities Commission.
