GENERAL CATEGORYFIRST SHORTLISTED LIST OF APPLICANTS FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
Further to the Registration for Pre-School admission held from 02 Jan 2012 to 16 Jan 2012, the applicants scoring 50 points and above in aggregate as per the list attached have been shortlisted for verification of documents for the 90 seats under General Category as per the schedule given below:-

1. Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
2. Any two Proofs of residential address (Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity/ MTNL Bill/ Electoral Card/ Driving License. In case of rental accommodation, valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp paper to be submitted). School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visits.
3.Self Certification of parents with regard to Girl Child or first born child.
4. Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by Medical Officer.
5. In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity Card /Fee Bill of sibling studying in DPS Dwarka.
6. In case of applicants with special needs- Certificate of disability issued by the competent authority.
7. Proof of Transfer to Delhi.- Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and date of joining.
8. Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate of the parent for the claim under alumni.
9. Provide a valid/ legal proof(Death Certificate) and undertaking of his/her single status for claim under ‘single parent'.
Self Attested photo copies to be submitted.
No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification.
Parents are requested to adhere to the timing to avoid inconvenience to other parents.
The list of candidates provisionally selected for admission will be displayed on
Wednesday, 01 Feb 2012 at 4.00 p.m.Date: 18 Jan 2012 Principal
