I am residing in Sector-3, Dwarka. My options are DPS, Bal Bharti, BGS etc.

You can apply in all these schools but a very little chance you have to get admission. So apply for Modern Convent and Dwarka International to maximise you chances.

Yes Pragati has upto 12th std and started 8 years back. Ok you can apply.
