A couple of schools changed their points system between the time I bought their forms and and submitted it. How fair is that? Its a day light robbery!

They had 20 points for girl child on day 1. That dwindled down to 10 for EITHER girl child or first child.
Utter morons! Now they wanted affidavits also, which they never mentioned earlier. Amazingly, they had mentioned blood group report, educational qualifications proofs, which they did not want now.

@ Jaspreet: They must have received dictat from ministry. Nothing strange there.
Last year, Bal Bharti Rohini took away points for children of its Play school one day before first list was put up! There are at least 5 more instances I can recall from last year where rules were changed even after names were put up on the notice board ... at least in this case, you know even before submitting the forms! This is only the beginning ..

But dictat regarding what? I dont think there is anything wrong in granting points for girl child. Or is it against any guideline?

In spite of so much ho-halla, almost every school I visited (and I visited more than 25), is openly selling admission form with prospectus for a princely sum. If even after all this, schools are so openly doing it, is there any hope? And who is Mr Lovely fooling by saying he hasn't received any complaints.

DPS DWARKA & DPS VASANT VIHAR are at equal distance from my place. Can Mr. Vohra or somebody tell me dead surely that can I apply to both the schools or not? Will my child will be disqualified in both the branches if I apply to both? I've already applied in DPS DWARKA.
