Nursery/kg/1st |COMMON ADMISSION THREAD FOR SCHOOLS DECLARING ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR DELHI SCHOOLS FOR YEAR 2012-2013

Parents are requested to not put generic queries but contribute with admission details if they are aware of any school.This would help parent community only and not break the continuity.

AS WE ARE DOING THIS FROM LAST 3-4 YRS WE WOULD BE FOLLOWING THE MAIN TREND, THE ADMISSIONS INFORMATION WOULD ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON THE DELHI ADMISSION OPEN GROUP ALSO, AS SOME TIMES PARENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THIS THREAD

Hi Ketan, Lathaa ji, pls cnfm for bbps, pusa rd it is only draw of lots and nothing else....that is no point system.....also do we hv to carry documents for verification...

Yes Lathaa ji and Mr.Vohra, I also wanna know that the loterry system of BBPS pusa road is genuine & without considering any points. I mean do they don't have any point system. It's not mentioned on their website also. Please -2 let us know ASAP !

It's draw of lot system only and no point system. There will be 2 draws one for boy children and another for girl children since 50% for boys and 50% for girls.

If they call for verification definitely you have to carry all your original documents. Only draw of lot system.

So respected Lathaa ji, you mean to say that the draw is not of the candidates shotlisted by point system but of all those who've applied ?

The registration for admission to Pre School class for the session 2012-13 will remain open from 2nd January, 2012 to 16th January, 2012.

110 minus the number of Staff Wards

1.In case seats of any category are not filled these will be alloted to General category .
2.The seats for general category will be declared after alloting seats for staff wards.
3.Excluding Discretionary and EWS , in all other categories, 50% of seats will be allocated to boys and 50% to Girls.

The selection of children from each category (other than Discretionery) will be done by draw of lots.

The DRAW of lots for Pre School Admissions will be held as per the following schedule at the GR branch

Alumni (OS) - 24.01.12 (9:00am)

Old Parent(Sibling)- 24.01.12 (12:00 noon)

EWS category - 27.01.12 (2:30 pm)

General - 30.01.12 (11:00 am)

See there are 4 draws and in each category draw expect EWS there will be 2 selections for boys 50% and girls 50%. Hope you understood now. All the best.

what i understand is like this

1) draw among siblings category for 74 seats = 24 Jan 12:00 Noon
2) draw among ews category for 92 seats = 27 Jan 2:30 PM
3) draw among alumni category for 18 seat = 24 Jan 9AM
4) all staff wards will be admitted
5) draw among rest (non-ews, non-siblings, non-alumni, non-staff wards) for 110-staff wards seats. = 30 Jan 11 AM

Draw on 30th Jan is for general who applied and in that staff wards will be removed from that general list. And in general too 2 selections will be done for boys and girls separatly.
