they would display in website later.Pls check the site. or u may ciontact the school administration. FYI, we attended the draw. Interestingly most of the seats are won by non- attendants . So yu may have good chance :)

happened to me at Mount carmel draw, so it was decided to let the good news roll over to my eyes and ears than running after it. lets see whether it worked or not.

Good one :) I like it so may give BBPS PP a miss. However don't have choice for few schools like Heritage where unnecessarily you need to be present and face disappointment!

Ahlcons, Mayur Vihar Verification Schedule which finished on 21.01.12, extended the schedule for final verification for today (28.01.12) as per list on their website-

Class - I
Total Seats=40, General=30, Free=10

. Children born between 01-April-2006 and 31-March-2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible for
registration to Class -1.
. Transport facility is available in the existing routes.
. Any incorrect information will result in the cancellation of the admission at any time, even after
commencement of the session.
. Online Registration Form will be uploaded on 01-Feb-2012 at http://www.themis.in/

. Dates of Registration: 02-Feb-2012 to 04-Feb-2012.

How to Apply
1. For candidates applying under General category
a. Forms to be filled online on our website www.themis.in
b. On successful submission of form, a Registration Number (eg., 1/12/c. ) will be
generated. If the Registration Number is not generated, please try again.
c. The filled]in form is to be printed onto an A4 size paper.
d. Recent stamp size photographs of the child and of both the parents to be affixed.
e. Self]attested photocopies of childfs Birth Certificate, Residence Proof and other required
documents to be attached to the form.
f. The form to be signed by both the parents.
g. The completed form with required documents and a Registration Fee of Rs. 25/] in cash
to be submitted to the school office between 02]Feb]2012 and 04]Feb]2012on any
working day (8.30 AM to 11.30 AM). School office remains closed on Second Saturdays
and all Sundays. The Acknowledgement Slip will be issued by the school office.
2. For candidates applying under Free Seats category belonging to (i) Weaker Section & (ii)
Disadvantaged Group in the neighbourhood
. The form is to be collected from the school office.
. The form to be filled neatly, recent stamp size photograph of the child and of both the
parents to be affixed and submitted with required documents to the school office on any
working day between 02]Feb]2012 and 04]Feb]2012 (8.30 AM to 11.30 AM). School office
remains closed on Second Saturdays and all Sundays. The Acknowledgement Slip will be
issued by the school office.
. No Registration Fee will be charged.
. Documents required for Economically Weaker Section :
i. Proof of residence of Delhi for the last 3 years.
ii. Annual Income Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of
Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Coloured) or AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured).
. Documents required for Disadvantaged Group: Disabilities / Scheduled Castes /
Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes (Not falling in the creamy layer)
Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any
other competent authority.
(In case of applicants with minimum special needs / disabilities, i.e., a child who can be
mainstreamed under inclusive education, a copy certifying the same from a medical
officer of a Government hospital is to be enclosed.)
Note : For admission under EWS / Disadvantaged group, one of the following documents
is mandatory.
i. Ration Card issued in the name of parents with the name of the child
ii. Domicile Certificate of the child or his/her parents
iii. Voter ID of any one of the parents
iv. Passport in the name of one of the parents
v. Recent electricity bill or MTNL telephone bill or water bill
. School reserves the right to verify the residential address of the applicants through home
visits.
Note:
. Incomplete forms or forms without the supporting documents will not be considered for
admission. No further communication will be entertained.
. List of short]listed candidates will be put up on the School Office Notice Board on 25]Feb]
2012 after 3 PM.
. Entry to the school is through Gate No. 3, Sri Aurobindo Marg.
Other Classes
. Registration is closed for Pre]School and Pre]Primary.
. For classes II to IX . Apply on an A4 size paper with photocopy of first term
report card of the student. Students will be admitted against vacant seats.
. For class XI . Notice will be uploaded on 26]03] 2012.

Any news on results for Ahlcon public School. The date was 28th , but I am not sure about the time. When can we expect the list and will it be available online.
