Register online.
Print the acknowledgement copy.
Please send the acknowledgement copy along with the photograph, processing fees (Rs.25/-) (by Bank Draft in favour of THE FRANK ANTHONY PUBLIC SCHOOL, NEW DELHI) & relevant documents, by January 16, 2012.
Check the selection Status online.

Online Registration for admission into the Nursery classes for the academic year 2012-2013 starts in 10 days - 2nd Jan 2012
Copies of Relevant Documents to be attached with the Registration Form

All candidates:
Municipal Birth Certificate (Certificate issued by hospitals/affidavits will not be acceptable).
Copy of Ration Card/Election Photo Card.
Anglo-Indians/Christians
Letter from the Hony. Secretary of The All-India Anglo-Indian Association, Delhi Branch (For Anglo-Indians)
Certificate from the Parish Priest or Pastor of their spective Church
Baptism Certificate
Additional documents to be attached for E.W.S. Applicants
Annual Income Certificate of parents issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
Residence proof for the last five years.
Special Need Pupils
Submit a medical certificate from a Registered Medical Practioner.
Divorcees
Proof of Divorce.
Widow/Widower
A copy of ths Death Certificate.
Alumni
A copy of School Leaving Certificate or Board Examinations.
Sibling
Fee Receipt Copy or School ID Card.

GENERAL NORMS:

Only girls are eligible for admission to K.G.

Children born between 01/04/2007 and 31/03/2008 only are eligible for admission to K.G.

There will be no test or interviews of the applicants or their parents. Weightage will be given according to the following:

The weightage is without prejudice to the School’s Constitutional right to give preference to children from Christian Community.

Schedule of dates for admission will be as follows:

Distribution of Application forms 2nd January to 16th January 2012 between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon (all working days) Filled in application form along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted at the School office (all working days) between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till January 17, 2012. No form will be accepted after January 17, 2012.

Make sure to submit the following documents along with the application form:

An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation, and an attested photocopy of the Baptism Certificate in case of Christian candidates.

All Christian candidates must bring a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their parish. They must produce the Baptism Certificate.

Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector’s ID card / Driving License / Ration card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone bill – MTNL landline.

Rent deed will not be considered as proof of residence.

Economically weaker section – Kindly collect Common Application Form for EWS from the counter on the above mentioned days.

The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board on February 1, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. the second list will be displayed on the notice board on Feb 28, 2012, if only needed.
