1. Total number of seats available for admission:
Pre-School (Nursery) is (79 + 26).
2. Prescribed age for admission:
1. Child admitted to pre-school should have completed 3 years by 31st March
2012 should be less than 4 years.
3. Important Dates
1. Forms will be available in school office from 2nd January, 2012 to 16th
January, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on all working days.
2. Form duly filled up should be deposited in the school office by 16th January,
2012 before 02:00 P.M.
3. Display of first list including waiting list of selected candidates 1st Feb.’2012.
4. Verification of documents (first list)-2, 3, 4 February, 2012.
5. Depositing fee for first list of selected candidates 6th February, 2012 to 13th
February 2012.
6. Display of second list 29th February. 2012.
7. Depositing fee for second list 05th March to 12th March, 2012.
Photocopies of the supporting documents to be submitted with the
registration form:-
1. Photocopy of Date of Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation.
2. Photocopy of Residence proof.
3. Photocopy of certificate regarding occupation.
4. Photocopy of sibling’s I-Card/Report card if studying in D.A.V. Public School,
Jasola Vihar.

REGISTRATION OPEN FOR NURSERY FOR SESSION 2012 – 2013.

DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS
:
02-1-12 (Monday) – 16-1-12 (Monday)
Between 9:00A.M. and 4:00 P.M. (Monday to Saturday)
Between 9:00A.M. and 1:00 P.M. (Sunday)
(ON ALL DAYS Including Sundays)

SUBMISSION OF FORMS
:
02-1-12 (Monday) – 17-1-12 (Tuesday) (Till 2:00 pm)

MINIMUM AGE OF THE STUDENT AS ON 31.03.2012 - 3+ YEARS.
Procedure

• Registration forms can be filled, downloaded and submitted later at the reception till the last date of form submission with supporting documents.

• Please ensure that all the columns are filled.
• Submit at the Front Desk with all relevant documents (Photocopies Only).
• Original documents to be produced at the time of admission only.
• The form, details, photographs and attested documents will be crosschecked.

Thanks for the inputs. I think this is the only admission declaration they have done. I checked with the school about your site's inputs and they just laughed saying that this site has quoted their dummy form which was for ERP testing. They will open their online registrations from 2nd January only and also start selling the forms from that day only. I as a parent will say that if admissionsnursery claims they check and give verified information only, they must have checked this with the school first before defaming such a child friendly school. I as a parent of that school very strongly feel that you are doing a good job which is full of responsibility and thus you must first authenticate information.

DPS Dwarka is asking for two address proofs i.e any 2 from Lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Voter ID Card/ Driving License.

I am residing in a rented accomodation in dwarka. Can a rent lease deed along with a passbook/account statement of a nationalize PSU bank will solve the issue?

plz also make an affidavit. the format is given in one of the instruction. however, it is given below:-

**Sample only**
This affidavit is to be submitted by only those parents who are living in rented accommodation.
This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public.
The applicant should have been residing at the given rented accommodation for minimum six months at the time of submission of the form.

I,_______________________________s/o______________________________aged________R/O ____________________________________________ do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I have applied to DPS Dwarka, New Delhi for admission of my son/daughter/ward named__________________________________________________in Pre-School Class.
2. That I have been living at the above mentioned rented accommodation since_________.
3. That the distance from my residence to DPS Dwarka, New Delhi is______kms.
