the basis of points secured by them on 100 points scale as detailed below, subject to their
completing the age of 4 years on 31/03/2012 :

Residence Location – 30 Points maximum
First Child/Sibling – 20 Points
School Alumni – 20 Points maximum
Gender – 10 Points. (Gilrs)
Transfer Cases – 10 Point
Single Parent – 10 Points

Draw of lot
In case there are more children who score similar total than the seats available, the
selection will be on the basis of draw of lots in the presence of at least four parents.

Pre- School Admission Information

2012 –2013

Minimum age for admission

A child wishing to enter mirambika in the Red group, Pre School for the session 2012-2013 should have completed 3 years as on 31st March of the year of admission, i.e. the child should be born between 1 st April 2008 and 31 st March 2009.

Admission Procedure

7th & 8th January 2012(Saturday & Sunday)
Registration form will be available from the mirambika school office on payment of Rs.25.00 between 9.30 am and 12.00 noon. Parents are requested to go through the prospectus carefully in order to understand the aims and methodology of mirambika and come for registration only if they are genuinely interested in getting their child admitted to a Free Progress System as in Mirambika.Prospectus is uploaded on our website mirambika.org .

9th & 10th January 2012 (Monday & Tuesday) 9.30 am – 12.00 noon

Registration forms duly filled are to be deposited at the mirambika school office by the parents of the ward.

List of selected children will be displayed on 1st February 2012 (Wednesday) by 9 am on the school display board and on our website mirambika.org

Please Note

At the time of registration you need to bring:

Original birth certificate (with name) to be brought for verification only.
A photocopy of the birth certificate.
Medical Certificate.
Two passport size photographs of the child and one each of both parents.
Proof of residence: Last electricity bill, lease document, passport or ration card.

For Free Seats -

Documents required for Weaker Section
Proof of residence of Delhi for the last 3 years.
Annual Income Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Colored) or AAY Ration Card (Pink Colored).

Documents required for Disadvantaged Group: Disabilities/ Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes (Not falling in the creamy layer) Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent authority. (In case of applicants with minimum special needs/ disabilities i.e. a child who can be mainstreamed under inclusive education, a copy of certificate of disabilities from medical officer of Government hospitals.)

The school session begins in April 2012.

We do not have school transport.

Admission Procedure
INFORMATION REGARDING NURSERY REGISTRATION (FOR EWS CATEGORY) 2012-2013.
The Registration for students of Nursery class for the Academic Session 2012-2013 will begin from 2nd January 2012 to 16th January 2012. Registration form will be available online on school’s website www.dldavpp.com. (EWS candidates can also collect the Registration Form from school office, free of cost, between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.). The age criteria for Nursery is 3+ as on 1st April, 2012.

A duly filled in form, along with an attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD , be dropped in the Box installed in the Security Room at the Entrance Gate of the School latest by 18 January 2012 upto 4 p.m.

List of E.W.S. candidates will be displayed in the school on 11th February, 2012.

INFORMATION REGARDING NURSERY REGISTRATION (GENERAL CATEGORY) 2012-2013.
The Registration for students of Nursery class for the Academic Session 2012-2013 will begin from 2nd January 2012 to 16th January 2012. Registration & Submission will be done Online through school's website www.dldavpp.com. The last date for online submission is 16th January, 2012 upto 4 p.m.

The age criteria for Nursery is 3+ as on 1st April, 2012. A printed copy of the online submitted form, along with a DD of Rs.300/- (non refundable) favouring Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Pitampura, (Rs.25/- as Registration Charges and Rs.275/- for Processing of Registration and other formalities) together with an attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD, be dropped in the Box installed in the Security Room at the Entrance Gate of the School latest by 18 January 2012 upto 4 p.m.

Information of selected candidates and Waiting names can be checked only on the school's website on 1st February, 2012 and 2nd Waiting list (if any) by 20th February, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE :

IN CASE OF INCOMPLETE FORM/DOCUMENTS OR SENDING CASH/CHEQUE WITH THE APPLICATION - THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DEEMED AS REJECTED.

In AFBBS there is no nursery. Only from KG level.

Christian Schools like Faith Academy & St. Michaels giving 50 & 40 points respectively for Christians....this is castism.....No hindu school is giving any weight-age like that....

This is pathetic....you can only score 5 & 10 points respectively in these schools....Still Faith Academy selling form with prospectus of Rs. 200/-......how any person can get admission there???

Lathaa, please suggest, should we apply in these schools or not???

They are minority schools. No harm in applying.
