Parents are requested to not put generic queries but contribute with admission details if they are aware of any school.This would help parent community only and not break the continuity.

“I will advise parents to not get hassled as the sale of forms begin and apply only to the schools of their choice in an order of preference,” says Madulika Sen, principal, Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar.

BIG NAMES
Sen adds, people should make sure that they do not rush to schools with big ‘brand’ names and be flexible about having a fallback option. Big names do not always ensure good education. Parents should look for schools with consistent history of good academic and co-curricular activities. She also says, while filling in the registration forms online, parents should be clear in identifying fields and opt for schools that are located in the neighbourhood.

Sarawati Model school you can go for when you don't get seat anywhere last option. Shiksha Bharti is a good school and oldest of all in Dwarka.

Frank Anthony Lajpat nagar is considering only Copy of Ration Card/Election Photo Card as a address proof.

I m in Delhi on rented apartment. I have Passport and Rent Agreement for the same address.

Kindly suggest how to handle this scenario....

Rent Deed is a valid proof and you can attach it. If any problem comes bring to the focus in this forum.

prashant did u get the print out of the form right .. i mean on the form i selected something as no but on the final print out it was printed a yes.. am in a fix don't know whether to apply again or just given inthis form .. what about your print out ..

My daughter was born in Noida and hence birth certificate is issued from Noida (Uttar Pradesh). I am resident of Delhi and I see that some schools are asking specifically MCD birth certificate, will that be an issue?

For E.g. ASN Public School, Mayur Vihar and Ahlcon Public School are asking certificate issued by MCD.
