Regarding DPs you can send in registered post only and in Bal bharti a box will kept in the school entrance and you are requested to drop it there.

@Samita Anand...BBPS is taking only online registration but a print out of generated receipt along with child's photo needs to submitted with school..They are accepting forms by post but there is no guarantee if they will receive it...So it's better to go and submit the hard copy... :)

You yourself can go to the same bank meet the Branch Manager and they will correct and sign and give which would be acceptable by school. If bank says no then buy new one. Mostly they will get it corrected. Have you submitted the form each time or just tried to enter the info?

Have patience days are there. No problem if you did not submit. Take your own time and get correction and then fill the form again and submit. Only if you submit once and again fill and submit you application will be cancelled.

So you have submitted the form twice already online then go by the instructions of the school.

lathaa mam, the same mistake happened in my case where bal bharti is mentioned on the DD, now bank is ready to cancel the DD rather then edit. i have already given this dd no. and submitted...now wat should i do..??

@Amarpreet kaur...Not to worry I am sure they will not go ahead with the forms without the submitted hard copy...So which ever form's hard copy u will submit will be considered...

Hi mam,

By registered post, means we can send it through speedpost or courier.....and not necessarily need to go to post office.

Pls confirm.

For Registered Post a receipt will be given to the person who presents the post for registration at the post office window during the hours prescribed for posting registered post.

So you have to go to post Office.
