It was just signed by the Notary and he had asked me to sign it before submitting; but I couldn't...

You can approach the respective schools and ask for the submitted application with reference to the date submitted or application no if any sign it. If schools are not concerned leave it.

I think best would be also to leave, as schools are already checking each and every paper before accepting the application. Going back may result in an effort waisted as schools have no time to entertain previous days doings....

Criteria Definition
i. Neighbourhood: The specification of distance radius is as per Lovely Playway School, Nirman Vihar bus route.
ii. Sibling: A real brother or sister of the applicant who had been on the school roll.
iii. Alumni: Father/Mother or both who have passed class 10/12 from Lovely Public School, P.D. Vihar.
iv. Transfer cases: cases of transfer to Delhi from other state (excluding NCR Delhi) (gazetted officers of all India
Services/ Public Sector under taking /Private Sector/ autonomous bodies under government of India /
Commissioned officer of Indian Army / Airforce / Navy and International Agency).
LIST OF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH COPY OF ONLINE FORM
The attestation should be done by gazetted Grade-I Officer.
Every year we have more applicants than seats available, therefore inability of the candidates to secure a seat is in
no way a reflection of his/her caliber. Final admission is subject to verification of the following documents (in
original):
i. Birth certificate from the registrar of birth or equivalent authority in original (First copy / ink copy). Name of the
child must be endorsed in the Birth Certificate duly countersigned by Registrar of Birth.
ii. Proof of residential address (Passport/Registered Lease Deed/Paid Electricity Bill/ Paid MTNL Telephone Bill/
Electoral Card). In case of rental accommodation, an affidavit on stamp paper should be submitted along with
driving license). School reserves the rights to verify the residential address through home visits.
iii. In case of sibling applicants, the identity cards, admission order and fee receipt(all three) of sibling studying in LPS
P.D. Vihar or any branch.
iv. In case of alumni of Lovely Public School, P.D. Vihar/any other branch (father/mother/both): School leaving
certificate/Sr. Secondary/ Secondary Board Certificates.
v. Single Parent: proof of single parent status if any.
vii. Transfer case: transfer certificate from employer stating date of transfer .
Parents of shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents as per schedule.
No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification
**SAMPLE ONLY**
* This affidavit is to be submitted by only those parents who are living in rented accommodation.
* This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by
Notary Public.
* The applicant should have been residing at the given rented accommodation for minimum six months a the
time of submission of the form.
