General Instruction :-
•Children who complete three years by 31st March, 2013 only are eligible for registration for the academic session 2013-2014. Children born between 1st of April,2009 and 31st of March, 2010 are only eligible.
•The total number of seats available to class Pre - School 2013 - 2014 is 160 (i.e. General Category – 88, Reserved Category - 72 including Freeship etc.)
•You can apply online through the website (http://www.ahlconinternational.com/)
Fill the form on website.
Take a print out of the filled form and please keep a copy of the filled form for the record.
•Forms for the Freeship (EWS) will be available at the school office on all working days from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM from 01-01-2013 to 15-01-2013.
(*Important :-
•On line / Off line registration form will not accept the entries of children born prior to 1st of April,2009 and after 31st of March, 2010.
•You are advised to fill in only one online form. Duplicate forms shall be rejected.)
ADMISSION CRITERIA/PARAMETERS:
1. Neighbourhood*=Max 40 Pts.( (a) Group A (Mayur Vihar Phase-I & II, I.P Extension, Vasundhra Enclave [DELHI], Trilokpuri, Pandav Nagar, East & West Vinod Nagar, Laxmi Nagar School Block=40.
(b) Group B Mayur Vihar Phase-III Mandawali Dayanand Vihar Shrestha Vihar Ram Vihar Geeta Colony Krishna Nagar Kaushambi - U.P Vaishali - U.P Noida Sectors 1,2,14,15 & 16 =30
( c) Group C All other areas not covered under Group A & Group B above.=20
(*Important :- The above areas are for consideration of Neighbourhood points only. School Buses may not be available for all cases. For Transport routes and facilities please check the Transport availability - Col 2 of the Procedure for filling in the Registration Form.))
2. Sibling (upto one child only)=25 Points
3. Any child with Special Needs (Child with special needs who can be mainstreamed under inclusive education)=5 Points
4. Girl Child/ First Child=10 Points
5. Single Parent (Divorced / Widow / Widower)=5 Points
6. Transfered Cases (only after 01-04-2012) From outside Delhi-NCR=15 Points
TOTAL POINTS= 100.
(CRITERIA DEFINITION:
Neighbourhood-The specification of areas is as per the list.
Sibling- A real brother or sister of the applicant in the school, who was in the academic session 2012 – 2013 and will continue in future.
Any child with special needs-A child who can be mainstreamed under inclusive education with the available medical facility in the school.
Transfer Case-Cases of transfer of father / mother / both after April 2012 will be awarded 15 points. Transfer not valid if it is within NCR.)
TABULATION OF FINAL SCORE:
The list of all applicants with their total score will be displayed in descending order.
In the event of many applicants getting identical final scores in the lowest eligible scores, a limited use of the lottery system would be opted for within these applicants to select children for admission. This option will arise only in case of availability of seats for admission.
LIST OF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH COPY OF ONLINE FORM(The attestation should be done by a gazzetted, Grade - I, Officer):
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents (in original)
•Birth certificate from the Registrar of Birth or equivalent authority in original (first copy / Ink copy). Name of the child must be endorsed in the Birth Certificate duly countersigned by Registrar of Birth as per Directorate of Education Notification.
•Proof of residential address (Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Paid Electricity Bill / Paid Telephone Bill / Voter ID / Ration Card). School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visits.
•In case of sibling applicants, the OmVcard of the Sibling / admission order / fee receipt of sibling studying in Ahlcon International School, MVR-I, Delhi.
•In case of applicants with special needs : Certificate of disability by competent authority.
•Single Parent : Proof of single parent judicial separation wider / copy of Death Certificate, if any.
•Transfer Case : Transfer certificate from employer stating date of transfer (on or after 1st April, 2012)
The admission process will start from 0900 Hours of January 01, 2013 and will end at 1600 Hours of January 15, 2013. However, those parents who have opted for offline payment option will need to take a print of the filled form after submission and deposit it along with the Demand Draft by January 17, 2013. Please note that the date and time of the submission of form will be taken from our computer system and forms submitted after the above mentioned time frame will not be accepted.
Points to remember:
•Read the Instructions and Procedure For Filling the Form carefully before you start filling the form.
•The receipt of application forms will close at 4 PM of January 15, 2013. However, those parents who will download the form can submit it along with the Demand Draft by January 17, 2013. Forms received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
•The fields marked with ' * ' are mandatory. The system will not accept the form if the mandatory fields are not filled in. The system will promp for the ' left out ' mandatory fields for you to fill and resubmit.
•Please note while filing up the form you are given information to fill column name Profession/Occupation and Service Category. Please note this information is only for data collection and not for admission parameters.
•There are fields available as drop down boxes. In these fields, please select the data as applicable from the drop down boxes.
•After filling the form, we advise you to go through the details once again and if all details are correctly filled in, press the ' Submit Form' button. If you wish to erase old information, just click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
•Payment for registration, system handling and payment processing charges can be made through a valid credit card (Visa only) using the online payment process. A copy of the receipt will be emailed to you as a proof of registration of your form.
•Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it. If you have given any incorrect information, you will have to fill up another form with correct information.
•Incase of the online payment option, once you have filled and submitted the form online, a temporary number is issued. With the reference to this number, you may continue to pay online or come at a later stage to pay online. On successful online payment through Credit Card (Visa only), an electronic receipt with a registration no. is generated along with a copy of the form you have just filled in. We advise you to print this receipt along with the form as a proof of registration. If you are not able to print at the time of submission of form, you can either note down the registration no. or print the receipt which will be sent to your email address. All future communications will be done using the registration no.
•Incase of the offline payment option, once you have filled and submitted the form online, you need to take a print out of the form, which you have to send along with the payment to school directly. This form bears a temporary no. starting with 'OT...'. You are advised to retain a printed copy of the form, as this temporary number would be required for generation of receipt and permanent registration no. at a later stage. Please note that the receipt with a permanent registration no. would be generated only after the payment made by you through Demand Draft / Pay Order is realized for a total amount equivalent to sum of Rs. 25/- (registration) and Rs. 200/- (System Charges - Electronic processing Charges). It is only after the realization of the payment that the applicant can download the receipt of the same along with the permanent registration no. If the payment is not received, your form would not be processed. The responsibility to ensure that the payment is received in time is entirely on you. MGRM Net shall in no way be responsible for any delay, loss in transit or defacement etc. of the Demand Draft / Pay Order.
•The payment along with Demand Draft / Pay Order "in favour of MGRM Net Limited" and printout of filled in form with temporary number should be deposited at the school counter latest by 4 PM of January 17, 2013.
•Parents submitting the form online should keep the documents mentioned in the form ready with them.
•Those who will deposit the form at School's office should enclose photocopy of the required documents. However depositing the Form in the School is not encouraged.
•The status of your application can be viewed (in case of Offline Payment) after minimum 5 days of your dispatch of Form along with Demand Draft / Pay Order. In case of offline payment to check the status of your application, you can visit the website and enter your registration no. in the "Application Status" field. On clicking the ' GO ' button the current status of your form will be displayed. Final list of applications received, in any case, shall be available online.
•We advise you to provide authentic details while filling up the application form, as these would be verified at the time of personal interaction at the school.
•The Online Payment facility has specially been designed to ensure immediate and safe submission of your application form. To avoid any possible postal delay / confusion, we advise you to pay Online.
•Verification of documents will also be carried out during the period of registration. Please check the website (www.ahlconinternational.com) regularly to know your schedule for verification. No individual information will be given for the purpose. Only first five hundred cases will be called for verification in the first phase.
INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORMFOR CLASS PRE-SCHOOL 2013 - 2014
•This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the form.
•The last date of receipt of Online forms is January 15, 2013 (04:00 PM). No Online application will be received after 04:00 PM of January 15, 2013. However, those parents who have opted for offline payment option will need to take a print of the filled form after submission and deposit it along with the Demand Draft by January 17, 2013.
•List of supporting documents to be produced by the parents at the time of Verification:
•Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
•Medical Certificate of the child (for children with special needs).
•Proof of Residence (Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Paid Electricity Bill / Paid Telephone Bill / Voter ID / Ration Card).
•OmVcard of sibling studying in this school.
•Transfer/joining order in case of transfer effected after April 01, 2012.
•Any other certificate asked by the school to support any evaluation parameter.
Procedure for Filling the registration form.
•This is a very simple form to fill. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information. Most of the general information can be entered into the form by simply selecting and clicking on the choices available. This facilitates the application process and makes it quicker. The rest of the information that pertains to you, needs to be filled in by you.
•Transport facility is available for the following areas ( Not for Points):

•Fill the form with required information. At the end of the form, there is a "Submit Form" button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing "Submit Form", the information you have provided shall be taken into our system. If any information is not provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.
•Following completion of the form, you will be given a Temporary No. and you shall be taken to a secured page, where the requisite payment as given above can be made using a credit card (Visa only). The payment processing may take few seconds to few minutes.
•Once the system accepts the payment, a receipt with your Registration No. is generated. This Registration No. is your proof that your registration form has been received by the school. You can take a print of the same. Kindly note the registration no. for further communication. PLEASE CHECK THE APPLICATION STATUS TO CONFIRM THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR FORM.If the Payment Process is not complete, re-visit the site and use the Temporary No. to submit your form and make payment without the need to re-enter data.
