PROFORMA FOR REGISTRATION TO CLASS I WILL BE  AVAILABLE ONLY AT OUR WEB SITE www.holychilddelhi.org   FROM 1st JANUARY 2013 TO 15th  JANUARY 2013.   THIS PROFORMA DULY FILLED IN ONLINE HAS TO BE PRINTED IN A4 SIZE PAPER  AND SUBMITTED IN THE SCHOOL ON 12TH & 16TH JANUARY  2013 BETWEEN 09.00 a.m. AND 12.30 p.m. WITH   Rs.25/- IN CASH.

GIRLS WHO WILL BE 05 YEARS OF AGE ON 31ST  MARCH 2013 AND COMPLETING  PREP/UKG  IN MARCH, 2013 WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING.

ALONG WITH ONLINE PRINTED, DULY SIGNED PROFORMA AND  REQUIRED PHOTOGRAPHS, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE  FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN THE SCHOOL :

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD FROM MCD (for all)
• PROOF OF RESIDENCE (RATION CARD / ELECTION  ICARD / DRIVING LICENCE / MTNL LAND PHONE  BILL / ELECTRICITY BILL OF FATHER/MOTHER)
• BAPTISM CERTIFICATE (only for Christians)
• DOCUMENT PROOF FOR EVERY  POINT  MENTIONED IN THE FORM (SIBLING, ALUMINI, ADOPTED CHILD, TRANSFERABLE JOB,  REPORT CARD OF THE PREVIOUS SCHOOL ATTENDED, STAFF MEMBER, DISABILITY ETC.)

Advantages of applying online:

By registering online through e-registration, your application details will reach us instantly. You only have to send a printed version of the registration form along with the enclosures to “THE ADMISSION INCHARGE, BAL BHAVAN PUBLIC SCHOOL, POCKET-B, MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE-II, DELHI-110091” on or before 15th January, 2013.

A receipt of the acknowledgement will be sent to your e-mail ID as provided by you while registering online.

You can view the status of your registration by using your online registration number. e-registration will also prompt you if you omit any of the mandatory fields, thus minimizing the chances of your registration getting rejected.

Points to remember:

1.All the candidates should register themselves between 01st Jan2013 to 15th Jan2013.
2.All the registration forms along with necessary documents should reach school latest by 15th Jan2013, 4.00 PM.
3.A print of the registration form submitted online along with all the documents and registration fee RS 25/- (in Cash only) should be dispatched in an envelope highlighting the Name of the Candidate, Class for which admission is sought and the registration number provided by e-registration.
4.You can Drop-in the registration form at school reception personally or Send by Post/Courier.
5.Incomplete registration forms or forms without supporting documents will be rejected.
6.Registration is no guarantee for Admission.

Important Dates:

1.COMMON FOR ALL (NUR. To IX): 01st January 2013: Registration for admission open 15th January 2013: Last date to submit the registration form
2.FOR PRE-SCHOOL / PRE-PRIMARY (NUR. / K.G.): 21st January 2013: Declaration of 1st List of Candidates selected under General Category and Waiting List.

(NOTE: Dates for 2nd and 3rd list will be declared later.)

Prerequisite for applying online:

You first need access to a computer with a
printer.
You need to have an authentic e-mail id for further correspondence.
Keep ready with you attested photocopy of the following documents:

1.Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
2.Latest Original Medical Certificate of the child duly signed by the parent.
3.Blood Group of the child (from Renowned Path Lab).
4.Attested photocopy of Residence proof / Electricity bill / Telephone bill / DJB bill.
5.Post card size photograph of parent along with the child in centre.
6.S.L.C. / T.C. from the last school attended duly counter signed by the competent authority (wherever applicable).
7.Attested photocopy of previous class report card of the child (wherever applicable).
8.Proof of Sibling (wherever applicable).
9.Proof of Alumni (wherever applicable).
10.Affidavit for Single Child (wherever applicable).
11.Proof of Self Employment (wherever applicable).
12.Proof of special grounds (Wherever Applicable).
13.Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).
14.Attested photocopy of Ration card (BPL) in case of E.W.S. Quota
15.Attested photocopy of Income Certificate from S.D.M. in case of E.W.S. quota.

Age Criteria
Minimum 3 years old as on 31st March, 2012 for admission to class Pre-School (Nursery).

ADMISSION CRITERIA: FOR PRE-SCHOOL & PRE-PRIMARY (NUR. & K.G.):

On the bases of the details mentioned in your e-registration form the candidate will be selected on the bases of the following criterion:

1st list of students selected for admission will be displayed on 21st Jan2013.
After your child is selected you will be sent intimation to your e-mail address and your status will show “SELECTED FOR ADMISSION”. Pls check at http://www.bbpsmv.com/login_newParents.php
You are then supposed to complete the formalities of admission to confirm your seat.
In case, your child is not selected in 1st list you should wait for the next list to be out. The information for which shall be given online.

Instructions
Before filling up the online registration form:

1.Ensure that the candidate is minimum 3 years old as on 31st March, 2013 for admission to class Pre-School (Nursery).
2.Candidates applying for admission in Classes 1st onwards will be selected on the bases of Tests.
3.Those waiting for the final result can also apply.
4.The name of the child and Date of Birth should be exactly same as in the Date of Birth Certificate.
5.The complete form should be filled in capital letters.
6.All the necessary proof of the field selected by you need to be submitted along with the registration form, failing which may cause rejection of the registration.
7.Details once filled and submitted are bound to be final. Any discrepancy in the form will cause rejection of the registration.

Printing the filled application:

1.After completing the details of your registration, you must take a print by clicking on the button “PRINT APPLICATION” button.
2.Please retain an additional copy of the printed registration form for your reference.
3.Please note down the registration number of your registration , and same is to be quoted in all your further correspondent with regards to your e-registration for admission.
4.If for some reason you would like to print your registration form again, please use the ‘STATUS, PRINT APPLCATION’ button on the e-registration home page to login. You will be promoted to key in your e-mail address as your user name and registration no for the password. On verifying the same you will be permitted to view the status of your registration and print your registration form again

After printing the registration form:

1.On the printed registration form paste postcard size photograph of Parents along with the Child in Centre (with clear front view in normal attire without cap and sunglasses not more than one month old).
2.Note down your registration number, this is to be mentioned in all your future correspondence.

Enclosures with registration form:

1.All the necessary documents as mentioned in Pre-requisite for applying Online.
2.Registration fee of Rs 25/-(in cash) to be sent along with the form.

Mailing instructions:

1.The registration form should not be folded.
2.The print out of the e-registration form and enclosures should be sent in an envelope of 30cm x 25cm to reach “THE ADMISSION INCHAGE, BAL BHAVAN PUBLIC SCHOOL, POCKET-B,MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE-II, DELHI-110091” on or before 15th January, 2013.
3.The envelope to be subscribed with your e-registration number, Name of the Candidate and the class to which admission is sought.
4.BBPS is not responsible for non-delivery and postal delays.

Invalid Registration forms:

The following will disqualify your application:
1.Registration form with incomplete details.
2.Registration form without authentic documents.
3.Registration form with unattested documents.
4.Registration form without postcard size photo.
6.Registration form without registration fee.

but Bal Bhawan Mayur vihar-II has no transport facility.........................................now a days its very big disadvantage.

Yes Richa ji you are right.

As per  admission office of Bal Bhawan Mayur Vihar-II, there is no school owned bus facility available for all classes (Nursery to 12th Std). But school arranges private bus and maxi cab facility for their students via dedicated operators.

please suggest about pragati Public School ,can it stand in same row of Nirmal Bhatia dwarka or Modern Public school Dwarka

Pragati is a very moderate school but Nirmal Bhartia is ahead of Pragati in all means. Modern?
