Do you have any other choice? If no then I would say confirm your seat and try again somewhere else next year. Atleast you are getting in somewhere.

Their draw for 50 points and above was today we had secured 70 points so I guess we got automatic admission... cos i waited for their draw untill they called out some 250 candidates name... my name was not called for but my husband got an sms around the same time that we have secured a place in heir school. So I am assuming the draw was for 50 pointers and all above 50 got automatic admissions
