Online application of Bluebell international school

I am trying to fill up the form of Bluebell International School online. I have tried five times from different types browsers. Every time it writes "there is some error while submitting the form". It does not says what type of error this is? How can I fill up the form? Pl. help

Truly I too tried for bluebells same problem I faced l have to move to school to collect form
