online EWS form filling not working

the website is malfunctioning and unable to select G D Goenka , Sarita Vihar, showing school already chosen but not showing in priority in final submission. can any body help me in this

neither the help page or enquiry page and otp is working, is all this is to trouble people and parents or what??????????????????????????

some schools are given points first/Girl baby but online not getting such information or preferences.
