other state DG certificate

I got message from DOE on 4 January

Dear sir/madam,

This is a message from Department of Education, Delhi. Your request has been received. This is for your information that for DG category you will have to submit caste certificate issued by Delhi state only.

but still I am confuse that on 04 January I had checked in SDM Office in GNCT Delhi, they said SC/ST certificate is valid in all over India and its issuing only one time because they have centralized  with miscellaneous certificate case no . please  guide me.

Yes but it has to submitted in delhi office and you will get new one

as some cat are sc in bihar and st in UP .

so it is confirmed as those are state spefic ,they are valid all over india but you have get it doone for delhi DG purpose

please  tell  me shall I go to  DG office or not, because  my certificate from Orissa,   please guide me..
