You have to go to SDM office of your area and get submit it to get new one from delhi.

aap Central DG (SC ST OBC) group ka certifiticate bhi banawa sakte hai... jo 14 days maximum maine apko mil jayaga

Thanks for your reply but yesterday I had visit to sdm Office Delhi and they said ki agar ek baar sc certificate nikal jata he he kisi bhi state se to wo valid hota all over india me kyu ki unhone sc certificate ko centralized kiya hua he aur unhone kaha ki ab tumhe dubara sc certificate bahar karne ki jarurat nhi he kyu ki mere pass latest and digital signed sc certificate he. Isiliye aapse request he ki aap please mujhe correct solution de taki me apne bacche ki admission thik se kar saku. Thank you
