@ Sewanand... The parents and children are made to si in the reception area. And are called one by one to the principal's office. The parents sit in front of the Principal. And the child is siting behind the parents with another teacher. So we really cant see what is being asked or how the child is performing. While the parents introduce themselves, the child is asked questions like School name, teachers name, favourite colour, identification of fruits vegetables and animals from a book, and rhymes. The the child comea to the parents at Principal's desk and the Principal offers a chocolate. And its done.
