Even I have the same question. I don't have this documents. I have MTNL bill only.

What should I do.

Yes neelima ,this problem persists ,theonly option is try with Magistrate Attested Affidavit stating that you are staying in so and so place from this much duration

Mr Vohra need your help in raising this. DPS Vasant Kunj web site for online admissions is not working properly. I tried filling in the form multiple times yesterday but I was getting stuck at distance field and after that system used to hang. Tried from multiple computers , same result. Since midnight the whole site for nursery admission is down. Tried contacting school , nobody is t here to help out as of today morning. Registered an online complaint, but it would help if you can raise the complaint as it would put pressure on school to get the system fixed.

Any successful parent who has applied successfully, pl guide

1) In Birla Vidya Niketan School - is it necessary for parents to personally submit the form? 2) While submitting the form along with the necessary documents, is it necessary to submit the Affidavit for First born in original or a photocopy of the same will do?
3) For address proof - we have to provide it for both father & mother ?

Birla Vidya Niketan is asking for

Proof of First Child duly certified by Government Doctor

Govt. doctor in my area said no to it, what shall I do.

In some schools like Laxman Public School, for residence proof, they have specially asked for voter i-card, passport, ration card? v dont have either of these. Will MTNL bill, electricity bill do? I am a Central Govt. employee. So,I have got a copy of quarter allotment letter, will that suffice? Also kindly clarify, since i am a central govt. employee, will departmental i-card suffice for proof of employment?
