As I mentioned above, i think it is important that parents have a look at the schools before the admission process so that they can understand the fit between the school and their philosophy on education!.You will be surprised but once you visit a school your process of shortlisting becomes a lot easier and it helps remove some of the anxiety that parents are feeling about which school to choose from a laundry list of schools available.

Dear Manika,
This is a good suggestion. Actually I am also thinking of visiting schools for better understanding of the admission procedure. I have one question, My son is 3 + and we have not admitted him in a formal school. Now he will be 4 + for the session 2011-12. We have put him in shemrock in Pre Nursery. Just want to know will he be eligible for this session for admission in Nursery or his forms will be rejected as he should be admitted in KG as per the rule of 3+ in Nursery. Please suggest

Though u will but my advice to parents is plz dont panic.....
The new admissions will start soon,atleast the anxiety will, n the age criteria is still not clear...
I can recall those old(horrible) memories of last year.
Even my advice 4 parents is to visit the school before filling the forms. A lil bit of homework is 4 ur gud only.

Last year i started searching the school from the month of july. I went each and every school, collected all the details then shortlisted and afterthat kept an eye on newspapers and net. Only ALERTNESS will give u the best results. It took me 6-7 months to get admission. It is hard nut to crack but if u are hardworking in real manner only then u can achieve the good results.
