I have a copy of birth certificate of my child with my name correctly written but in mother's name its written with my surname. My name is Prakash Diwakar and my wife name is Shikha Gupta, but in birth certificate my wife's name is written as "Shikha Diwakar". So my question is whether I can use the same birth certificate for my child admission or not. Since my wife's all proof is having with only shikha gupta.

I have passport of of my child as correct names of us, so Can I use as a backup of birth certificate while school admission. Please reply me soon , so that I can check what I can do for same?
