paying Rs 50 for Rs 25 form

  all schools run by D A V like kulachi, Dav Pushpanjal , DAV Pitampura, DAV Shalimar asking for DD/PO of Rs 25 for which we have to pay Rs 25 extra if we get it made from account otherwise Rs 35 extra. rest of schools are taking fee in cash. Paying Rs 50 for Rs 25 form ..... that is not a rught thung.

Can someone help
