Petition Against Fraud Transfer Certificates.

A few hundred transfer certificates are preventing the chance of thousands of locally residing children in Delhi Nursery admissions.

They are not even getting the chance at lottery.

The transfers and certificates have been manipulated and fraudsters are unjustly manipulating the system which was meant for genuine need transferees .

The results have unjustly skewed towards transfer cases and many of them might be frauds. Moreover who knows that these cases might have been "guided" by the school management themselves.

If such is the case Please be assured that schools will be reluctant to check genuineness of these cases.

Against this Transfer Fraud Please sign this petition to LG in thousands to let him know that

70 points of neighborhood hold no meaning especially around reputed schools if these transfer cases are allowed to go ahead.

We can either sit around and shout ourselves hoarse or get up and do something about it.

If school is bordering a state boundary The Radius of 8km should not extend into surrounding Haryana and UP but should terminate at the border.

It is a common grievance that some people are taking the undue advantage of Interstate transfer criteria in nursery admission 
in two ways :- (i) by submitting the fake documents especially those who are working in private sector and 
(ii) producing / showing the interstate transfers from Delhi NCR Towns like Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad etc. 
These people became upper hand as their total points reach at 75. We, being the government servants are now out of race 
from all the private unaided schools of Delhi under the Open Category as we have total 70 points only and even 
(i) we can not show fake interstate transfers nor;  (ii) we can show us under EWS / DG quota. 
You may please look into the matter on urgent basis as the time is running out otherwise the children of government
servants will be unable to get admission in private unaided schools of Delhi and it will ultimately hamper the future of our children.

Transfer point seems utter nonsense after reading all about fraud/fake paperwork merely to escape the 70 mark nursery gravity. I wonder how schools are allowing sibling point as well transfer point..it is daylight robbery. This situation has made the parents restless and the tension may escalate in bad behaviour from parents. If authorities have done a mistake then they must do the damage control. It looks completely jungle raj in the wake of such situation. To make things worse schools are even not taking action on duplicate forms from same candidate and posting same candidate twice in public domain..what a hell they have made to the system. People submitting multiple forms to get better chance in a draw must be disqualified altogether!!! Shame shame shame...

i dont understand whats the use of transfer point for admission of prenursery sessions. It only result in fraud..I was wondering why such a big hassle that too for nursey... I live in dwarka which is full of schools still it seems so hard to get admission of my twin daughters...
