POINT FOR FIRST CHILD INSTEAD OF TRANSFER POINT

I THINK TRANSFER POINTS SHOULD BE USE FOR FIRST CHILD. BECAUSE IN THE FIRST CHILD CASE NOT ANY SIBLING POINT HENCE THE CHANCES FOR GET ADMISSION ALMOST ZERO.

Definately. The first child should be given points.especially first born boys are suffering.this bias should be stopped n instead of girls quota n all,first child should be given points whether he is a boy or girl.
