Private Schools Fee Refund Policy for nursery admission 2019

Respected Parents,

Need help on details related to fees refund rules on school change.
We have checked with school but they are saying no such rules proposed by Govt.
We have mailed Director education and Sec. education several times but no luck.
No one is picking up call as per numbers mentioned on Del Edu site.
Kindly help whether any such rule is there or it is expected to come in few days.

Any information on this matter will surely help.

gave them a request letter for refund today. The lady at reception told me clearly about the non refund policy. I replied saying  i leave it on them as I don't want to block one seat for 3 months and Its better that the seat gets filled up with a deserving candidate as admissions r still going on. 

She took my letter and said she will forward it  to the principal but stated that she not sure whether I will get a  reply/refund   as they are an un-recognised school and they have their own rules and dont come under DOE.I said its ok.

 Lets c if they refund or not. At least this way the seat will go to a deserving kid.

Thanks for update.

It is recognized school but Minority have Autonomy to frame their own guidelines as per Hon' HC Guidelines.

Notice for students seeking admission to Class VI at St. Michael’s Sr. Sec. School.

An Entrance test will be held on 13th March 2019 at St. Michael’s Sr. Sec. School, Pusa Road. Prepare Eng. Grammar and Maths for the Test ( EV-3 )

Students have to report before 7:30am on 13th March for the test. They must carry 2 photographs size 5x7cms ( Students with both parents )

The selected candidates names will be displayed on the Senior School Website ( www.stmichaelprd.in ) on 16th March 2019 at 4:00pm

Many schools( Non Minority also) keep Feeder school unrecognized so that No action can be taken against them as they do not come under DOE.

Many back door entries happen in  Nursery, KG and Main school starts from Class1.

I meant St Michael's school Main Branch.
