I would like to bring to the notice of readers that  there are chances of  fake certificates  produced  by the parents seeking admission  under EWS  category since there is no verifying authority and  proper guidelines for deciding the economically weaker category . Some people( Who own land,have reasonable good business , business man earning black money , paying no taxes  getting certificates locally)who are reasonably richer than the real needy ones may  enjoy the facility of no fees. They might act as parasite on the fees paid by the ones who have a fixed income from an authentic agency for eg govt servant , MNC employees and all.
