Yes school can ask for two address proof and many schools have been asking from many years.

Many schools accept Mobile post paid bill of any company in case you don't have other address as validated by DOE.

If we apply for mtnl today then only mtnl application receipt is available as bill will be generated after one month..Will mtnl application receipt is sufficient as proof of residence.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am from Telangana and residing in Delhi for last 6 years, i do not have local residence proof except the Gas Connection Bill and Rent Agreement. Seeking admission for my daughter in nursury in East Delhi. Please guide what is Domicile Certificate? and what all the certificates valid for Address Proof

Domicile Certificate you can get if you have,Proof of continuous residence in Delhi for the last 3 years, like Ration Card, Identity Card, School Certificate, etc.

Rest get your Aadhaar Transferred to your rented place as Gas Connection Bill and Rent Agreement are not valid address proof.

Rest see valid address proof as per DOE.
